DescriptionOur new Round is coming in January, and we’d love to see you. This time we’re looking at the hard times and how we navigate them. Positivity at all costs can become quite toxic and it puts us at risk of ignoring or denying feelings of anger, sadness or, more generally, distress. In a poem, Robert Frost said: “The only way out is through” - If this resonates with you, please come and share your experience with a group of like-minded people and please do volunteer to be a storyteller if you can.

More InformationHello Everyone, Please book here to attend the next Schwartz Round session which will take place on Tuesday 14th January 2025 Venue: The Business School, West Downs Campus, Room 001 The theme for this Round is ‘It’s my job and I’ll cry if I want to – Giving yourself permission to sit in the bad times.’ The Round itself will take place from 12:40 for one hour, but please do join us from 12:20 for some delicious snacks and a hot drink before we get started. Please book using your university email account. Please don't be late as you will not be able to enter the room once the Round has begun. We will be taking names at the door so do remember to sign-in when you arrive.
