Transcripts & Certificates

This transcript outlines the modules, grades and credits obtained by a student during their studies. As part of this order, customers can choose to receive between 1-5 copies.

Current students: All current students are entitled to receive one free, printed transcript per academic year. These documents can be requested through Registry.

Students who studied from 2015 onward: Most students who studied with us from 2015 onward can find a copy of their transcript on their HEAR (Higher Education Achievement Report). This document can be accessed by logging into the Gradintel website (www.gradintel.com). Once logged in, there is then options to download the HEAR or share it directly with other institutions and/or employers.

Students who studied before 2005: It is unfortunately not always possible to locate a transcript for students who studied with us before 2005. This is because transcripts were not produced as a matter of course at this time and not all module results have been kept on record. If a transcript cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued. Anyone who studied prior to 2005 may wish to contact graduation@winchester.ac.uk prior to completing any order.

A replacement certificate should only be purchased if the original is lost, stolen, mislaid or damaged. A degree certificate is a unique document, so multiple orders will not be accepted.

The replacement will state ‘Replacement Certificate issued’ and will have a different audit number, which will automatically invalidate the original certificate.

This will provide general information about the degree programme studied. This usually consists of the Programme Specification, which includes information such as programme structure and overall learning outcomes. In some cases, it may also include individual module details.

This information is generic and is not specific to one individual. If a list of completed modules is required, please purchase an ‘Additional Transcript’ instead.

Students who studied before 2005: It is unfortunately not always possible to locate degree programme information for students who studied with us before 2005. Anyone who studied prior to 2005 may wish to contact graduation@winchester.ac.uk prior to completing any order.

This certification process includes stamping and signing a copy of an original degree certificate to confirm that it is true and accurate. This is not an apostille service. As part of this order, customers can choose to receive between 1-5 copies.

An image of the original certificate must be sent to graduation@winchester.ac.uk once an order has been completed. This image should be in colour and show the certificate in full.
