Transcripts & Certificates

A transcript to send to employers or other institutions. Current students will receive one free transcript per academic year. Additional transcripts are chargeable at £20 for 1 - 5 copies.

PLEASE NOTE that transcripts are not always available. This is particularly likely if you finished your programme before 2005, as transcripts were not produced as a matter of course at this time and not all module results have been kept on record. If we cannot provide a transcript for you, you will be given a full refund. If you graduated before 2005 you might like to contact [email protected] before ordering to check if we can provide this for you.

PLEASE NOTE Most students awarded from June 2015 onwards will have a HEAR (Higher Education Achievement Report) which contains an academic transcript. This is in place of a paper transcript and can be shared securely with employers or institutions.

A replacement of your original award certificate if your original were lost, stolen, mislaid or damaged.

Please provide clear details of your award and note that it can take up to 10 days for your replacement certificate to be issued.

The replacement will state ‘Replacement Certificate issued', and will have a different audit number which will automatically invalidate the original certificate.

Please note that your degree certificate is a unique document, so you cannot order more than one.

Degree Programme Information/module descriptions
Use this option to purchase general information about your degree programme. This usually consists of the Programme Specification handbook, which includes topics such as the degree programme structure and overall learning outcomes. In some cases, the Programme Handbook also includes details at an individual module level.
Please be aware that this information is generic for your programme, and not specific to you as a student. If you need a list of the modules that you personally took, please request a ‘Transcript’ instead.
We do not always have programme information available, particularly from before 2005. If there is something specific that you require please contact [email protected] for advice before purchasing.
