Perhaps you felt heard for the first time at work, perhaps you spoke up when you otherwise wouldn’t have. Maybe something or someone gave you a new confidence or an experience changed the way you communicated. It could have been a great day that gave you a boost, or the result of simply feeling overwhelmed that made you find your voice. Whatever it was, and however you interpret this theme, we would love to hear about it!

We get really excited when storytellers volunteer, and we’ve never yet had one who didn’t enjoy it or regretted it afterwards. We’re told it’s very cathartic. But so few people do come forward and finding people happy to tell us about their experience is that hardest part of our organisation.
