Contactless card sales for drinks to be purchased separately. Please complete the online form with your name, the Faculty or Professional Department you want to sit with, and menu choices, as well as allergies and dietary requirements - gluten free and vegan menu options available on request. There are 280 places available and bookings will remain open until noon on Friday 12 December. If there are no spaces left, please contact Conferences to be put on the waitlist. If you are making a multiple booking for colleagues, please ensure that you have everyone’s menu choices and requirements in advance, before proceeding. You will not be able to complete a person's booking without inputting the required name, faculty/department and menu fields. When booking for multiple colleagues • Press book event Please check the remaining capacity before submitting a group request. We will endeavour to sit people together with the faculty/department they have chosen to sit with but cannot guarantee this or manage individual seating requests. If we do not have enough seats available for your booking, you will be added to our waitlist and we may open a second day on Tuesday 16 December. Please note that cancellations made after noon on Friday 12 December are non-refundable.
