The weekend offers opportunities to catch up with friends and revisit the campus. Events are optional and you can stay for B&B in student rooms or in a hotel or guest house. There are buffet suppers on Friday and Saturday evenings. Also on Friday evening is a 70s Cheese & Wine Party. Saturday features Winton Club AGM, Chapel Service and a traditional lunch leading to a relaxed afternoon and evening. 

Please read the following before booking:
• Click on tabs above for details and on Book Event to register and book accommodation and/or meals (or log in if you have an account).
• There is only one Package option, i.e. Attendee 2017, pre-selected and applicable to you and a guest.
• There is a choice of University rooms: on main King Alfred Campus (KAC) or West Downs (WD). WD rooms are en suite and arranged over 2 floors in 9 houses of 7 rooms. Access to all WD rooms is via steps with no lifts. KAC rooms share bathrooms between 5 or 6 in St Elizabeth’s Hall and Beech Glade. Beech Glade has ground floor rooms for those with accessibility needs. Shuttle buses will run at key times. Details will be sent prior to your arrival.
• When you click on the Continue button you will be asked for your Delegate Details.
• At the end of your booking process and before checking out you can add and pay for your guest/s by clicking the Add Delegate button.
• When making a booking for yourself you can click on the Use my Customer Details button to the right to avoid having to re-enter your contact information.
• Items available are: B&B (choose standard on KAC or en suite at WD); Suppers; Saturday lunch. Please donate to the Winton Benevolent Fund as you book.
• If booking for the Saturday lunch, you will be asked to select one of two choices for Main and Dessert courses.
• Please complete the Questionnaire(s) when prompted. There is one for you and one for your Guest if relevant.
